There is no way to evolve nincada into shedinja. if you level ninicada up to level 20, with an empty space in your pocket, then nincada evolves into ninjask and you will receive a shedinja in your empty pocket. shedinja is the shedded skin of nincada as it evolves. just as a cicada sheds leaving its skin behind. shedinja's stats are as follows:.
